3. Oil Filtration & Oil Quality Improvement with High Vacuum filter machine.
4. On Site Special Testing like SFRA, Internal Inspection of Insulation and Condition Monitoring of Transformers and Life assessment with recommendations
5. Provide spares for all make of Transformers with company prescribed specifications at competitive prices.
6. Erection, Commissioning and Testing of Transformers at Site (Already commissioned 500MVA, 400KV transformer & 765 KV Single Phase Reactor at Wardha )
7. Providing services for OLTC at site like CGL Make, Easun MR make, CTR Make etc
8. Provide temporary arrangement of Transformers so as to reduce the production losses up to a certain extent while the maintenance process is completed.
B. HV Switchgears
1. SF6 Switch gears overhauling up to 400 KV Class and VCB from 11 KV to 33 KV at site.
2. Annual Maintenance Contract of Switch gear and Switch Yard.
3. On Site Special Testing and Condition Monitoring of Breakers and Life assessment with recommendations.
4. Provide spares for all make of Breakers (SF6 & Vacuum) at competitive prices.
5. Erection, Commissioning and Testing of SF6 Breakers and Vacuum Circuit Breakers at site.
6. Retrofitting of old and obsolete breakers with new Compact breakers like BOCB( Bulk Oil Circuit Breakers) by VCB( Vacuum Circuit Breakers)
7. Third Party Inspection and Vendor Certification
8. Final Product Inspection on behalf of End Customer
C. HV Machines
1. Overhauling of HV Motors up to 3 MW at site.
2. Annual Maintenance Contract of HV & LV Motors.
3. On Site Special Testing like Vibration, , Condition Monitoring of HV Motors and Life assessment with recommendations.
4. Provide spares for all make of HV Machines at competitive prices with Fitment Assurance.
5. Erection, Commissioning and Testing of HV Machines at site.
6. Retrofitting of old and High Losses HV Motors with New Energy Efficient Motors.
7. Consultancy for Energy Saving and Effective Maintenance of Plant Equipment’s
